I've been left over night to suffer brutally bound in thin twine which cuts deeply into my flesh. I am naked except for my silky panties and my pantyhose and the white strappy stilettos laced from my ankles to my knees. My arms are totally numb from being tied together and massively bound with the twine my poor flesh bulging out from my crushed elbows all the way down to my wrists.
