My company is taking off and I'm interviewing every day. Today's job candidate is the highly qualified Latina Chi Chi Medina. We start the interview process in my lounge and the young hot executive seems distracted. I catch her glimpsing at her BlackBerry during the initial questions. She doesn't seem to grasp my questions and I hear her cell phone beeping in the background. I start to get annoyed and I tell the sexy satin clad girl to focus on me and the interview. She actually has the gall to put up her finger and tell me to hold on a minute while she replies to a text!!!! What is it with these 20 year old junior executives?? I see red and grab her slender arms behind her back quickly binding her elbows together painfully. I leave her wrists untied and push her down onto the floor. Little young bitch - I'll show you who is in charge. I toss her precious BlackBerry out of her reach and ChiChi's eyes widen. Her phone is chirping away and she panics that she can't see the messages she is missing. Joined at the hip to her phone at all times, ChiChi beings to freak out. I take control of her stiletto high heels and cross her ankles before tieing them tightly. I straddle the young thing taunting her by putting her phone right up to her face. Awwww look at all the missed messages darlin' What are you going to do now?? I finish her off in a tight back arched hogtie and kick the phone further away. Her arms flail and she tries to grab me. I laugh as I shove a huge white rag into her big mouth and add layer upon layer of vet wrap around her head securing the packing in. No longer able to speak ChiChi moans and grunts beneath the gag. I tape up her fingers with black electrical tape leaving her a thumb to text!!! Never say I'm not a fair employer. What can you do now missy? I put her phone a few feet away from her bound body and watch while she struggles and rolls in a desperate attempt to retrieve her precious phone. I laugh at how frantic ChiChi becomes inching closer and closer and just not able to grab the phone with her taped up hands. She screams in frustration as the cell phone slips out of her bound hands. Well sweetie, if you're savvy and nimble enough to reach your phone and call for help I will hire you on the spot!!!
